There's no right or wrong answer as it's purely a personal thing between you & your partner. Although, if you are still a virgin but would like to experiment sexually without fully committing yourself, then mutual masturbation, without touching, could be a good introduction to trust between you & your partner - it would also test if he would be worthy enough to leave things as individual non-contact masturbation, rather than trying to persuade you to take it all the way. Don't forget that penetration is not required to get pregnant - yes, a virgin birth is possible - all it takes is for some semen to touch the moist lips of the vagina - And, of course, pregnancy is not the only factor to consider.
