Take around 3.5gs. That should be the maxium amount considering your a beginner. I don't wish to doubt you but it does depend on the type of Mushroom aswel, some are more potent than others .. When taking them make sure your in a calm enviroment. Buds will fasten and make the experience more pleasureable. To speed up the reaction take them on an empty stomach. Hope this helps.
