First time posting 1 year 2 months

Hey everyone I've been lurking on these forums for over a year now but never posted anything so i finally am. Here they are i had them backcombed a year and two months ago and haven't touched them since besides ripping them apart. Just washed them so i have a couple fuzzies in them from the towel.

how long was ur hair before the dreadies? i know it shrinks up quite a bit.

 

it just reached my mouth in the front i grew it out for about 7 months before i started them

yeah im pretty happy they almost completely fell out after they were backcombed except for maybe a cm at the roots and i havent touched them since day one so they're like 99% natural

 

be careful stating how "natural" your locks are. they were started with backcombing, and that's what they are. nothing wrong with giving them a head start but it's a lot different then going straight neglect.

 

yeah that i def do know, i let them do theyre own thing but theyre def not completely natural, would have loved to go neglect from the start but its not worth losing my years time now so it is what it is. Thanks for the heads up though ive seen how ppl get attacked here for calling unnatural dreads natural and things like that :cheers2:lol
