I had my first trip last night on any psychedilic drug. It was on an eighth of what was supposedly pretty good shrooms. At 1pm I put the shrooms on a jelly sandwich and it after I found out if you eat them straight they taste like stale potato chips. After about half an hour, I started to feel funny and crazy stuff started happening. I was wearing this crazy shirt that had like spiral things on it, and they started moving a little bit...kind of scared the crap out of me. I was enjoying seeing the patterns on the wall moving. Then I decided to take a walk through the woods, I became fascinated with nature and became like a hippie extremist. I wanted nothing to do with air conditioning or cars, even threw away a walking stick that was manmade because I was disgusted with fake things. Found a walking stick in the woods and destroyed a job site where they were getting ready to build houses. I didn't actually destroy it, I just pulled some markers out of the ground and messed up some lines. I hated that they were destroying the woods and wanted to go somewhere there wasn't any construction being done.

I decided to go to my friends parents house which was about 20 miles away. I road my bike to a bike shop, traded it in and bought a new bike that was more durable. Road all the way out to their house, everything was a constant kaleidescope(sp) of green, blue, and white. I have no idea how I made it out there. I decided that I was going to quit my job and just work for my friends dad who's a carpenter. Then just live on his land for the rest of my life. I decided I only needed the basics food, water, and a house to live in for the rest of my life. It sounded like the best idea in the world.

By the time I got there, I was still tripping a little bit(about 5 hours after I took the shrooms), I was dead tired and just wanted to fall asleep. No one was home when I got there which was a big bummer, because I was going to go there to get answers from his parents. Then I was going to give them an eighth of shrooms and talk with them. Get all the answers...so I was really sad when they weren't there. I was also starving, so I snuck in and got an apple. Their door is always open and they woudn't have minded.... I ate the apple and started coming down. They arrived at their house and I had to ask for a ride back into town. I was feeling really spaced out, and it was difficult to talk to them.

All in all, it was a crazy trip. I did a lot of thinking, I figured a lot of stuff out. I wish I had a notebook, so I could have wrote everything down. If I could just remember what I had thought, I'm sure the trip would have been more life altering. I'm definently sure I came out of the trip a different person, for the better. Next time I will make sure to bring a notebook, and just sit and enjoy the trip. I never really did bother to enjoy the shrooms, but I had a fantastic adventure.

Yeah, that was a pretty crappy story. I would have made it more exciting, but I felt really crappy when I wrote it. I almost made it sound boring, but it was really intense and fun.
