A look into the future-


Within the next 20 years seasonal flu shots will be mandatory, enforced at people's places of employment. We will no longer have the choice to not get one.

in the next 20 yrs there will be no jobs.. period..

 

Considering the fact that the "privilege" of employment entitles the employer to verify innocence from illicit drug use as a condition of employment, it shouldn't be too difficult to justify such workplace mandates on the premise of protecting public health and reducing lost time due to illness... further, if an employee calls out sick after avoiding the mandated shot it could be grounds for immediate firing and denial of unemployment.

The establishment is currently softening any resistance to intrusive micromanaging of personal lives in part by peddling crises... funny how the H1N1 "crisis" fell flat and didn't precipitate demand for government intervention via mandated vaccinations. There may well have been some forward thinking ideas about cultivating popular support for nationalized health care- I recall the media clamoring for body counts and promoting the notion of crisis by reporting numbers of cases and making sure we knew it was the young who were most vulnerable- apparently looking to trigger popular emotional strings that inspire cries of "who's protecting our children?"

Pity that the toll for this super flu was a small fraction of what the seasonal flu exacts. Methinks the boy hath cried wolf-

 

Yeah, we will probably all end up in concentration camps.

 

We were kind of pressured to have them at my last place, especially the swine flue jab. I've never had one though.

 

I know right! I always think of that story when I read things in the news about how the government is cracking down on freedom. That and Soylent Green.

Oh true, how silly of me. We'll probabaly still be lined up like cattle against our will and vaccinated. It'll be a bit like Nazi death camps only it'll be at med clinics.

 

The whole H1N1 was a scare tactic. "Ooooh, it's just SWEEPING the nation." People are afraid of dying, so they will take any preventative measurements to ensure they never die. Me? I've been legally pronounced dead, twice. I know what dying feels like. It's peaceful. Dying doesn't scare me. I don't fall into the hype of government propaganda. I don't trust the government.

 

Oh, yeah. Soylent Green. That was some freaky shit, man. I don't doubt that that could ever happen, either, which is even freakier to me.

 

Spot on. This is a great example of how opinion is manipulated and shows how those in charge welcome a crisis as something to take advantage of. If we could multiply your mindset concerning the criminal organization known as the United States Federal Government then we'd have FAR fewer problems.

 

The World Health Organization (WHO) is just as sketchy as the government. The government controls what the WHO says. The elite and the whole fucking round table group (Federal Reserve, CFC, and Bilderberg Group) decide what the government does. To make it quite plain and simple: The Round Table Group does not give a shit about anyone else but themselves. The whole rumour of Global Depopulation has taken my attention. Everywhere I look, I see examples of how this is playing out. Every year, some new illness epidemic breaks out and the news media just plays with the fire. The media is the portal for relaying the information, those in political power become the scapegoats, but those pulling the strings stay in the dark forever. Earth Mafia.

 

Already that way in the military.....You either get one or you don't get paid!...;-)

I never took the flu shot until 5 years ago. My children did not either until 5 years ago.

The risk from the shot at this point for our family is minimal compared to what the flu could cause as complications due to immune issues.

I think it is something each person needs to decide depending on their own circumstances.

I have mixed feelings on this topic.

I also know without vaccines that are standard now as far as preventative health care many of us would not be around to debate flu shots.

 

Yep. So true. To be honest I don't even think most people in the government know what's really going on. Most of them just read speeches written for them by others, fight for policies in which they have corporate interest because someone is paying them to do so, etc. It's all just a little dance of idiots that revolves around a few people with all the money.

 

You pretty much have a grasp of the situation... well done.

I see a lot of media coverage of food borne salmonella, e-coli, and listeria outbreaks being used to poison our free will toward allowing stricter government control over food production- and I see in the very near future a simple backyard garden being illegal without a government issued license.... because of our helplessness against natural pathogens... people are "eating it up"- meaning lucid thinkers such as yourself will be cast aside as extremists in a tidal wave of regulation and the steady evaporation of the illusion of freedom.

Meanwhile, here in Ignorantopia, many of the sheeple seem fully engaged in the democrat versus republican Broadway style show for which there are no golden statues awarded for best performance of giving a flying fuck to the puppets we install.

 

Though I understand why you get them Heat, I sort of disagree with the last part of your post;

Yes, many thousands of people would have died off from diseases for which we developed vaccines. But without those vaccines our immune systems would have evolved to handle them better, perhaps making us healtier in the end. The reason some don't get sick is because they are immune. Natural immunity is what protects us early in life.

 

The boy cried wold... the media cried H1N1... the audience perception of source credibility erodes.
