Foods for mood?

    Okay since vitamins and such make chemicals and our body to enhance mood I believe people could cure mental illness with eating food...

    What foods just boost you up??

    Berry-like fruits and sweet potatoes always give me a boost.

    It sounds so simple to "eat right" and get all your fruits and veggies and whole grains and whatnot... but seriously after I changed my eating habits, a TON of things changed. My skin, my hair, my mood. Its great energy making the circle...
