I have a 1979 GMC 4905 up for sale. The engine is an 8v71 and the tranny is an automatic Allison v730. The bus is also equipped with power steering. The coach has approx 750k miles but the engine and tranny have aprox. 1k since rebuilt. We bought this coach about 3 years ago from Statesville Motor Coach (they bought it new in '79) and started converting her to a motorhome. I'm not gonna post any fancy links about how big this bus is (if you're curious enough you can google) but i will tell you that the gmc 4905's have probably the largest luggage bays you can get. She's gonna need some work to get her back on the road, so if your income consists of flying a sign you probably can't afford to maintain this beast.
