free warehouse parties in manchester!

Hello! Just discovered these forums and I love the vibe!

I organise big free warehouse parties and things in derelict buildings in manchester, playing psychedelic trance, hardcore, oldskool and whatever anyone feels like coming along and playing :sunglasse

We had our first really big party on 5th of june with about 700 peeps in and an amazing venue right near the university, not too much trouble from dibble either! There are photos on our website at www.hardcoremission.co.uk and you can sign up for membership there so we can tell you about the next party!

If anyone on here is based in or around manchester get in touch, I'm always looking for new friends to go out doing mad stuff with and people to help with organising parties!

Probably going to the stumblefunk outdoor party up in the hills near manc on saturday night (www.stumblefunk.org.uk)... anyone going?

Cool! The next party will be after the students come back because the tumbleweed blows through manchester all summer and we're hoping to get several thousand peeps to the next one so we'll wait for you all to get back!

I've moved away from Manchester last year but spent many years there in the 90's.
Used to go to Megadog,global sunrise, one tree island, and, more recently, Relativity.

Nice one! I made it to one megadog, I drop in on one-tree once in a while, and I'm a regular at Sunrise (they dropped the 'global' a while back!) And I'll be at relativity a week on friday, top night! The relativity DJs played at our last party (Bez 23, General Joe etc.) and we're deffo having them back for the next one too!

Despite so many clubs closing recently, Manc is still one of the best places in the world for a good party!

 

I've known Joe for a while, haven't been back to visit him since he got married though. Lost touch, although he's only an email away.
He may have cut off all his hair and gone techno mad. (Now an excellent DJ.) But I remember him with long blonde hair, wearing pvc trousers and listening to whitesnake!
You going to that festival down here in Reading? I've missed the tickets but I think Bez has got a slot here. Many Manchester peeps going.

Bez is playing at Glade and I think Ed Tangent too but sadly I can't afford it
