Well I'm getting more and more hacked off buying soft black with freedom afghanistan in gold writen on it. Just wonder how much of my money is going to fund the killing of are soldiers.
Been plenty of afghan squidgy over here as well recently...unless your buying straight from the Taliban Id say your moneys just going into a dealers pocket anyway...
Been around for ages if ya know where to go. Can bet ya life the farmer pays some kinda protection money to the taliban just seems funny since the war the blacks come back on line big time.

Yeah it has im not complaining though, its cheap and some nice stuff :sifone: yeah most of the countries money comes from the drug trade..Ive never seen freedom afghanistan stamped on it, thats probably on the full bars though isnt it? Most Ive seen of the squidgy was about 6 ounces and it did have some stamp but it was some symbol.
Yep on the bar and yes nice to see in a way. In last year there's been freedom afghanistan lucky 7 and arabic style writing stamped on them floating about and probably others too. I got no problems if the farmer gets his bit but such a lawless countrie ya know the taliban will have a finger in the pie somewhere along the line.

Are you sure ''poor people'' are growing poppies/cannabis over vegetables because they are poor and hungry and bawwww instead of simply having a job? I mean a scenario where the Taliban offers a person a steady payment, and asks them to do it... or better yet, simply points a gun and tells them to. I do not think there is very much 'innocence' at all in this trade... A simple hungry family man, would not choose to grow a over abundant (in their country) and easily processable product, without knowing the people who would BUY IT with INTENTIONS of shifting it to somewhere where its valuable... Simple farmers do not drive trucks loaded with hash into UK i think
Many poor people are (or were) growing poppies as a means of making money. Most of those crops have either been burnt or else the Taliban did come in and point a gun to their heads. Much in the same way that the cuban coca feilds that were grown by poor farmers were either burnt by the american army or else controlled (which they are anyway) by gang drug lords. I had a friend in Afghanistan but I havnt heard from him in nearly a year now he was deported but we we kept in touch through emails...hope hes alright..
