Anyone use it? Trying to get the hang of it making a bit of dubstep, techno and drum n bass but havnt a fucking clue. Just playing around with everything, getting used to it.

Captain you should definitely get it if you need a bass or drum emulator, excellent for that.

Playing with the Acid 303 synth is mad fun aswell. Mother of acid techno :D

Ah, FL Studio is Windows and Mac only, right? Can't really be bothered to reinstall XP just for one bit of software.. I mean, I've got Rosegarden (Cubase-a-like) and Hydrogen (drum machine) on Linux if I ever wanna play around with that stuff..

The music I make is all analogue, man

Just made a 35 second sample playing around with it. Just trying to get used to it right now..I think if I spent some time with it I could get pretty good

Holy fuck. I just used the drum machine and it's fuckin sick. I put all my own drum sounds on it and everything.

This thing is killer man, I'm gonna write some sick riffs when I jam again. Thanks man.

I try to use it lol, never really have enough time to really figure it out. How did you get all the different drum parts to go on throughout all of it? Did you copy them into audicity or something or did you make it entierly from FL studio? That's my only problem, and youtube helps zip zero nothing lol.

Just made it form playing around with the stock drum sounds and effects. Warbeats tutorials on youtube are pretty helpful, and theres plenty of downloadable drum kits and effects lying around on the net to find.

Gonna finish and fine tune some shitty techno first and get to grips with it before moving onto drum and bass though. Need to figure out the bass aspect of it better.

Yeah CC you can make some fucking mad drum loops with it. Spent about 2 hours yesterday just making drum beats :D :cheers2:

    FL studio is windows only

i suggest you download different drumkits and soundkits, the ones provided with FL are shitty as fuck - especially if you are gonna attempt to use it as a drumsynth

a better drum synth is Reason - but it is vvveeerryy confusing and takes a long learning curve. Reason's Redrum is awesome
