Frustration, what is there to do???

everyday me and my friends get high and chill... almost everytime we get high we end up just sitting in the car or at someones house asking ourselves "what is there to do", and the answer is always nothing until someone suggests packing another, haha. I do alot of art and try to use my time well, but what do sober people do with all that time??? I love reading also, but im talking on a social level... there are parties and stuff, but i wouldnt consider that 'doing something' ... any suggestions , feeling washed out... peace -Chris

 

i used to skateboard all the time, me and my friends would just skate around and do tricks on w/e we find, motivate eachother, then when we got thirsty wed go get drinks, socialize, then skate more. bust out a hacky sack start to hacky sack. stuff like that. recently i get stoned and watcha movie, or listen to music, or play on guitar.

 

we listen to/play music, chill, go to shows, sit around someone's house talkin and chillin, whatever fits the mood.

haha i totally know where you're comming from. that was my life very recently for about a year and a half. there used to be stuff to do in this town and i did it all the time but now everything moved on and i became a stoner. it gets kinda scary once n a while cuz you're like what the fucking hell am i doing?

i dunno... letsee... stuff we did besides what you described was...

go to loungy public places (resturants, coffee shops, head shops, maybe even the mall if you're really blazzed cuz it's a trip)

go for walks or whatever in woodsy parks

explore places where you won't really need any quick reflexes or have to do too much running. ...like secluded abandoned places or tunnles with legends about them at night. ...

hmm

yea, it sucks.

we ran out of local venues and places for stoners, punks, and such to chill... but if you have any of those, go to a show or something... if you get a bunch of people together, somethings bound to happen.

i used to carry a notebook and stuff and i'd draw and color and record hilarious shit that people would say/do. hehe.

look at bugs (if it's not too wintery where you are)

play with kittins

have a picnic (if it's not too wintery where you are)

make a snow-man/woman/alien/monster/penis/... (if you have snow)

build stuff (it really helps if one of you has their own place and has lots of room for repair, expansion or "landscaping")

have a garden (if you can)

do any of you like cooking food? could make dinners and get stoned and eat it... *shrug*

k, i'm done.

 

Do the hiking thing. Nothing cooler than getting stoned and walking in the woods. Go to the Zoo. Or maybe any local Botanical Gardens. Plenty of places to sneak off to and keep getting blazed if you want.


I also like going and playing on kids playground equipment, like at a park. Swinging rocks.

You could also start playing card games like Hearts or board games like Scrabble and Risk.

hell yea, thats wat we always do. I dunno if anyone said this, but find a concert to go to. Concerts are always fun.

 

Like M.P said, Hack Sack. Playing hacky sack blazed with some friends its so much fun once you get good at it. You can also check out this site called hipforums.com. I made a omelette yesterday after a nice wake and bake and it was pretty delishous.

You also mentioned that your into art, at school I go to my Drawing class after lunch stoned everyday and its sucha better experience. So do some artsy shit blazed and im sure their will be some satisfaction.

 

Mayb stop smoking so much??? Cuz u only socializing wif people from ur group, get to know more people see wat they r doing. And dont smoke if u got nothing to do aftawards, smoke if u goin to do sumthing exciting, its always more fun!

the funnest thing ever is decorating, because you think "why not?" about everything. like right now i have pretty much a web of tinsel above my bed, with halloween and christmas lights. and another time i got spray paint and painted a huge pink and green smiley face and flowers on my wall. drawing on the computer is really fun too, like with Paint, because you don't have to spend time coloring everything in by hand. once i spent nine hours drawing like that at my friends house, i came up with some pretty crazy stuff. like pancake crabs running away from a volcano. sew something. play with clay. crayola model magic is amazing to play with while stoned, it's like molding a cloud. oh and one time my friend and i went to our other friends house, and played with his little sister's toys . we set up the whole court scene from alice in wonderland. with the card dance and everything. or you could go egg someones house or steal a sign or build a penis snowman in someone's yard or something.

 

one of my favourite things is simply talking about something to someone. thinkning of ideas, and i love teaching people things in particular, and debating philosophical or scientific questions. but other things that are fun like

video games! some people feel theyve grown out of video games, but in the end, playing nintendo or ps2 or x box with mates (best when everyone knows how to play) is better for you than watching tv, or doing nothing. and fun!


Cooking food! as a team, food gets cooked reeeeally quick, and its also fun when everyone gets involved with thair parts, and discussions can be a bit different when everyones cooking, its not a usual situation lol. best part is that you can make really diverse meals this way, like burritos and pizzas or burgers or somethin and its still real quick to prepare

Live music if it's your bag. LOUD AS FUCK live music. I've only done that a couple of times, but man it;s great.

i hate loudnes when im high as a kite. i usually drive around with my pals and go egging some times. its fun as nuts.but i like chillen with my girlfriend and talkin about stuff. thats real fun

I always thought drivin' around listening to music was cool.Going to Venice Beach was always a trip!

 

i love shows, its my life, its the downtime in between that gets me... hacking is fun, and i take daily walks in the woods..... this alll is a given... i guess i just have to start enjoying the simpler things more... me and my friends jam also and make crazy food.... I guess there is stuff going on, but alot of the time i feel like i dont have anything "going on", ya know?
