I went to my apt Friday night to get some clothes. Haven't been there in two weeks, and when I walk in one of my roommates says to me, "I'm glad I got ahold of you. Me and Amber are moving out". These fucks have no problem stopping by my jobs to collect rent and bill money. Or even borrow money. Yet they couldn't get ahold of me to let me know I'm on my own with the rent and bills now. The fuckers already had most of their shit packed and moved on Friday. Had I not gone home for a few more days, I would've come home to an empty apartment and wondered what the fuck happened. Bitches.

I cant stand cowardice like that. Sneakiness, dishonesty, deceit. So much bloody effort to do all that coverin up and sneakin around and bein elusive when they could just as easily come straight to your face and tell you their damn problem. God it annoys me. Such a waste of valuable energy.

Oh it gets better. I'm there MAYBE one week a month, and not consecutively. I still paid a third of the bills.....and sometimes more when the money I gave them didn't go to the right bill or they didn't pay their portion for a month. I'd buy a shitload of food and then leave it there for them to eat, etc.

One month the water was 130 and the elec was 180 due to them not paying their part. I paid my part of each, and it all went to the electric. Then a week later, since the water bill didn't get touched they expected me to pay my portion of the water again, and help with the electric. So, now that they've neglected the bills so long, let the phone get shut off too they "can't deal with that apt any more"...... They're fucking dead.

Why should they have to come to your work to "collect" rent or bill money. Thats YOUR obligation. Ive had roommates that I had to constantly nag for bill money, and it is fucking annoying. I would have done the same thing as your roommates personally if there was no lease when I had deadbeat roommates, not because of cowardice. In reality they probably didnt care about showing you the courtesy of notifying, since you cant even pay bills without it being collected.

I work 72 hours a week. I have no car, and at 7 am it's hard to find a ride to my house. My moms house is about a mile away from both my jobs so they know why I'm barely home.

Edit: Correction. I have a car, but no license.

Ummmm they didn't have to "nag" about it. I always showed up on my payday to drop the money off, but they'd call me and let me know when the bills came in etc. I bought these fucks food. I paid well more than my portion of the bills. 3 roommates = 1/3 a piece, correct? They work lousy paying jobs and I often ended up paying over 1/2 of each bill after all was said and done. I also loaned them money and my car on a number of occassions. You don't know jack, bitch.

it sounds to me that his roomates going to collect the rent or some bill money was the least they could do. Since HE was the one working 72 hours, HE was the one making up where they slacked off, HE was the one letting them use HIS car. I could totally understand if HE was slacking off and working just 8 hours a day. but damn he is working some long ass hours.

Perhaps they did you a favor.... find more reliable roommates. Sad thing is the former roomies will probably find someone else to take advantage of.

Be happy you're rid of them. Sucks you had to find our about them like you did but live and learn. Reminds me of how happy I was to finally be able to swing rent solo.

Month to month I can hold it down on my own. Even working just one of my jobs, but the timing they left me with pisses me off. Right before Christmas man. Now I feel like a piece of shit because I can't get any of my family gifts, and my little brother is putting my name on all the gifts he bought to try to make up for it.
