thats bullshit. its the breathing that makes you feel better. and the music in the background is also soothing.. but i'd rather keep listening to atmosphere so i turned it off
sacred geometry is not bullshit, my friend. it is what the entire cosmos is made of. perfect mandelbrot set. if you could see beyond your human 3D illusion all you would see is perfect fractals. the body and mind love this precision. Ever wonder why they build churches the way they do? instead of looking at furniture, a messy room, or your homework you can look at crystalline precision. (which is a direct reflection of the entire universe) the vortex directly affects you. open up... this is truly a gem. If you've ever smoked DMT, you would already know this.
p.s. I doubt a lot of people in this section of the forums can appreciate how sacred this is. I posted it over in the psychedelics forum.
i enjoyed it. i meditate alot, usually when im stressed or something bad happens but i felt great today and now feel ever better. btw the first few times i didnt start the design for some reason and it is was better with it going of course. if you knew much you'd know geometry is not "bullshit" most likely.
think about the engineers thousands of years ago that already knew the basic of principals of geometry we still teach today but most don't appreciate.
The knowledge of sacred geometry has been well known for thousands of years and has been applied to almost every civilization. You can find the flower of life all over the world. Beautiful.
the very first time i did it i didn't realize the "flower of life" was supposed to spin, but when the affirmations started it came to life anyways. ... and then i turned it on.
