    Definetly nay? Or definetly yea?

I don't see why it is such a big deal.
You can go to Vegas, and be drunk out of your tree...and meet someone and marry each other in 5minutes. But two people who have been together for years and years, can't get married.

I saw a comic once that said "It's okay to: Be 20 and marry a 60-year-old for his money (pic of 20 year old blond with huge tits), get drunk in Vegas and get married to a stranger with nice hair (pic of 2 drunks in a casino chapel), etc. but if you're in a loving relationship (pic of 2 gay guys), forget it!"

I say nay because nothing else has changed regarding marriage- I mean, women are still property, divorce is still illegal, there is no interracial marriage. Why should we make this change when the definition of marriage has stayed the same for so long?

Obviously, I say yeah. Rock on, Massachusetts!

Don't count all of America in that missing him crap. I will not miss him. And I am so tired of seeing all that sappy love stuff about him on TV. Makes me sick.

Anyway, I am definitely for gay marriages being legal.

You know, I never really saw what the big deal was about it. They're not corrupting our children. We see gay people on TV all the time--and if they're not gay, their antics are (Madonna and Britney). So let them get married and move on!

    She was being sarcastic...

Are you serious?! You can marry your cousin?! That's just... kinda... different.

    Here here.

Wait...what do you mean? He won the cold war SINGLEHANDEDLY! And now there will be no one to kick all the mentally ill out on the street, and advocate destruction of national forests!

It is sad, of course, that he and his family had to suffer for so long with his debilitating disease; however, I'm not about to jump along with the idea of Deifying him, as the news reports seem to be striving to do.

Exactly. I hate to see anyone suffer and die from a horrible disease. But the news is just too much. And if they talk one more time about him singlehandedly winning the cold war, I am going to scream.

The only thing I know about Regan is that he liked jelly beans. I think the blue ones were invented for him. So I'll now shut up.

Yes, it is. And divorce is legal, as well. Also, married women aren't property. That's what makes it sarcasm. Get it?

I support gay rights. Gay marraige on the other hand is a different story. Marraige was meant for/based on straight relationships, so in my opinion, homosexuals should have something equal to marraige, just diffrerent from marraige. Why would you want to be one of them instead of being who you really are? I'm not a homosexual... I think homosexuals are quite odd... but hey, that's them and I accept them for who they are and I don't care as long as they're good people. I've never met a homosexaul that would try to descriminate against you for being heterosexual... what's the big deal with these dumbasses descriminating against them? And for what? Becuase they're different? Because THEY'RE NOT LIKE YOU? BULL SHIT!!! If all men are created equally (and women) THEN WHAT IN THE HELL IS THIS???? The government can take it up the ass for a quarter and I hope the entire republican anti-homosexual white anglo-saxon protestant christian conservative mass political group chokes on a pretzel just like bush did. I accept them for who they are (Conservatives), but if they can't accept other peoples differences, I have a big problem with that.
