i just found out that someone i had sex with has genital warts. it was about 3 months ago) i hate to say it but we had sex without a condom once. she was on b.c. and we were drunk. i always make sure i wear a condom with someone new, but i had my judgment impaired. i dont know if she had them at the time, but its possible what are the chances that i contracted? i have not had any itching. blisters, or anything out of the normal happenin down there. there have been no syptoms i can recall. i got tested today, but its gonna b a few days for the results. i was just wondering.
getting tested will tell you, but lots of guys can carry hpv (virus that causes warts) without any symptoms and just pass it on to others. hell you mayve been the one who passed it onto her, which would suck ass. hope ya dont have it dude

a massive percentage of the population carries the virus, I believe in some countries its around 80% of the sexually active population! and here is the real bummer, condoms dont always prevent the virus being transfered either!
hpv in general yes. one of the specific strains that results in warts? not in 80% of hte population. many other varieties of hpv also causes cancer in women. hopefully your doctor can give you more info jim
