I saw this tip on a news program the other day: place dryer sheets between the cushion of couches and chairs, so that the scent wafts up when you sit down. I think I'm going to try this with the bounc pure essentials dryer sheets because they have such a natural smell. We can never deny our sweet little dog from snuggling with us on the couch, so we just have to suffer the consequences of it!

That's great advice, since the animals won't get to them that way. I'm the same as you... our dogs are allowed almost everywhere in the house (no tables, counters, food prep areas), so we just deal with it. They're kept clean, so they don't stink, but guests notice that "dog smell" that comes with any home containing a canine occupant...apparently I'm immune!

    :D

Yeah, I think we become immune to the scent in our own house because we are just used to them.
