I agree with Shaggie. Looks like a tire. Perhaps from an old war plane?

 

looks too big to be any plane I know of off the top, I'll probably agree with tire,

maybe a convoy or something, several things that got frozen over


maybe the perspective I am dealing with is flawed though, I'm trying to scale the thing to the helicoptor, and I don't know exactly how far away the helicoptor was...


they really do need better footage, that was awful.....
