Your honor she was obviously asking for it by being in said spot while I was there at the same time. Existing is consent, no means nothing.

Reminder that Girls Gone Wild is run by a guy who's probably a rapist irl

It's not about watching it, it's about whether they can film someone's then market someone's boobs without their consent.

I agree and I would like to add, that I don't think it is right.

I don't think it is right the material should exist without her consent, nor do I think it is right that they should be able to profit off the material.

That sucks, but then again I can't really feel badly for someone who doesn't have the decency to keep their shirt on in public in front of a camera. She knew they were videoing, she should have left.

We sell those videos at my job. All the girls in those videos look like teenagers. I do not think they should have filmed her if she said no, but she knew damn well what the hell was going on if a GGW film crew was at that bar. She is just pissed that her Husband's friend found out she was acting like a ho in the past...
Women like this make it harder for the REAL victims of sexual harresmant/exploitation.
If you do not want everyone to see your tits, leave when the GGW film crew shows up.
(I hope she sucka-punched the bimbo that pulled her shirt up)

Nyxx, read the story her top was pulled down by somebody. I doubt she would have minded being in the video...but she just didn't want her breasts on display.
That's why she is pissed off. That's the whole point.

I'd also have to question, how much of it is a young women's responsibility to be on the look out GGW crews?

Also, In Australian law, one cannot enter into a contract if one is drunk, which I think is fair.

But on the other hand, American laws around sex are really bizzare.

The GGW team take pictures of clothed girls too.
I suspect if this woman was dancing there was a lot of people around her too.
I doubt they were all topless.
She might have been happy to have been in a GGW video etc, but just not topless.
She can't gaurantee nobody is going to yank her top off for her, but if the GGW team take a picture, she knows they took a picture...and they need consent to show that, they should get it either verbally or written down.
This BS about she consented to be in it topless because she was at the bar is ridiculous.
She did not know she was going to be put in that situation.

By shaking her hips to and fro, she effectively signed away her right to say no. It's awfully reminiscent of the argument (and legal reality until recently in Maryland) that you can't withdraw consent for sex -- not even if things suddenly take an unwanted turn. It's classic "she had it coming" thinking; if you put yourself on sexual display, you are asking for it ("it" being whatever is given to you).
I leave you with a statement from her lawyer -- one that should go without saying, but apparently does not: "She is entitled to go out with friends and have a good time and not have her top pulled down and get that in a video."

I'm sorry ma'am, I lied to you. I'm very sorry about that. That man right there is my brother and if he doesn't get to watch 'girls gone wild' in about 30 seconds, he's gonna throw a fit right here on your porch. Now you can help me or you can stand there and watch it happen..

If something is underlined and bolded in an article it's normally important.

I wonder if she is suing the other girl for 20 million on the assault..its these ridiculous amounts they ask for that completely blows their case in my eyes

they should have awarded her maybe $5000..which she probably would have won if she wasnt asking for millions
