Glee's Cory Monteith dead

He was supposedly getting help for abusing drugs. Put two and and two together, and an overdose was apparently his cause of death.

Yep... just saw this on tv. He was just in rehab and so far they have ruled out foul play so based on that and his age (31) I expect it to be an o.d. (also when people get outta rehab.... meaning they've been clean for a little bit...that is traditionally the time that most people do o.d.).....very sad.

 

Except that the police have not determined a cause of death yet, so this is just your speculation.

it is highly likely and I think it prolly will be an o.d., but that is not proven yet.

 

Yeah, it seems like the most logical thing, but it could be a completely unrelated health problem.

 

yep can't forget esp how addicts often have health issues and detox time is hard on the body and could push you over...

I mean fun fact, you are about 4 times more likely to have an accident in the 90 days after getting sober (if you're an addict or alcoholic) then you are when you are messed up.

 

Well, it was an o.d.- heroin and alcohol....
which when it's an o.d. it's usually either heroin AND cocaine OR heroin AND benzos OR heroin and alcohol but usually mixing heroin w something...

it is pretty sad that he was so public about his addiction and then died from it... but that is what happens sometimes

Yes, it is quite sad when someone passes so suddenly. My thoughts are with his family at this time. Show business really doesn't do anyone favors when it comes to addiction, but from the sound of it he had had problems throughout his life. I hope he is at peace.

 

If genocide had to happen to anyone, it should definitely be them. Of course, it would not be much of a genocide considering their numbers are rather small.

 

Frankly, I don't give a fuck about this guy. I never heard of him or his show.

Anyways, no one asking you to care about him... but I don't know why you would care enough about him then to come into a thread about him just to say you don't care about his death.
