goin' gray

Are you going gray too? Do you dye it? Would you dye it?
My hair started going gray at 25. I've dyed it and dyed it and I am sick of dying it...


I have started using the "28 washes" type so I can just grow it out. Maybe I can rock gray hair.

I'll see how it suits me first, gray hair can make a man look more distinguished.

I think half my hair is now gray. I'm really not digging it. I dye it.

 

i'm not gray yet, but i dont fear it. When the gray comes, it will be my time.

 

Being a redhead I'm lucky, I got the Reed Richards gray streaks at my temples and the rest just went a little brassy. You don't even see it when my hair is short.

 

i am 44 so i would assume i am,but i havent looked in a mirror for years so i have no idea..

i dont see why your bodies natural progression towards death is something to hide though no matter what your age is.

if your body chemistry causes you to become gray younger than others,so be it. its what the creator willed for you. why play temporary god and try and hide it?

 

Well, it's horrible, but it's just a vanity. I am growing it out though, just because it's too hard to keep up with.

I don't even wear makeup or fancy clothes, but I don't want to look old too fast.

 

My hair isn't gray yet.

And no I have never dyed it.

My cousin started at your age, her dad's hair was mostly gray by the time he was 30, it's been totally white for years now... it runs in the fam.

I can't show you pics because I just dyed it yesterday, but when it washes out I'll be sure and take some.

I might feel differently if I was female, but I haven't felt the need to do anything about the gray that I have mixed in.

One way to look at it: The dark hairs, you get given for nothing. The gray hairs have to be earned. :cheers2:

 

I think there is something really beautiful about grey hair.

 

My mum started getting a few gray hairs recently, she's about 46. If/when I go gray, I don't think I'll die it (unless it is very premature). Like priss said, it's beautiful.

Been going grey for a while. I blame it on my shitty asshole of an ex husband. I earned every last one of em putting up with that Bastard's shit for 13 years.

the other day, I found 2 gray hairs...there would probably be more but i dye my hair every few months so it has rich full color....

im not gonna lie here, I was a little sad after that discovery but I think i'll just take it like a champ after all...thats life right?!

 

I started to get grey hair at 17, I don't really care. I dye it because I like to change my hair color alot, but not because I avoid the grey.

 

Yeah, I used to dye it because I wanted different colours...now it's just a chore.
