20x20 block with fireplace on trout stream- isolated but not far to WVU and I79. Clean cool and quiet. Outside well but can be rigged to house and the hot water. One bedroom stove and fridge. Open to interesting offers for use of for short stays or possibly longer. Caretaker kind of deal. Needs some work. Beautiful place deep in a holler with large rocks and a swimming hole . Make me some offers...... NOT FOR SALE!!! Really don't want long term boarder. Use it ourselves when need arises.
