got into another fight, i feel great about it

i think i really hurt this kid. like really hurt him. i had heard he was saying that a friend of mine that passed away over the summer deserved it because of alot of bad blood they had in the past, so i confronted him at lunch by myself, and told him i wanted to fight him one on one with just me and him there.

so we left the cafeteria(was kind of awkward, i was steadily thinking about how bad i was going to fuck him up) and went outside our greenhouse on the far side of our school where nobody would be.

we put our guards up or whatever and he took the first swing and i dipped back and he missed and took like a step forward as he swung and as soon as he got close to me i punched him as hard as i could right in his jaw and he dropped and i just lost control and started going crazy on him, all i could think about was how he badmouthed one of my best fuckin friends that DIED, i just couldnt control myself

anyway i ended up running away from him being unconcious/semi-concious and bleeding, and im hoping on monday i dont get in trouble by the cops or teachers when i go into school

was i right for fucking him up so bad or should i hav ejust hurt him a bit and showed him hes an asshole?

i kinda feel like the authorities will side with me in this case but idk..anyway im bout to smoke up

 

you should have fought him off of school property

otherwise i say good for you - maybe the kid will have learned some respect

I don't know this kid, so I don't know if he really deserved the beating. That being said, he could have tried to clear things up or apologize to you when you confronted him, but he was down to fight. If talking shit about somebody's dead friend means that much to him, then he deserved it.

 

i only told three other people and yea maybe i should have took him off school property but theres always that adrenaline factor saying "RIGHT NOW" lol

I think you should have told, maybe explained to him that he was being disrespectful to the dead, but something tells me he knew that, and was not the type of person who thinks through their shit yet....

IDK how old you are, but you remind me of me in HS... i guess its something most guys go through... IDK, honestly, it makes sense, he provoked you by offending a dead friend - maybe you tought him a lesson.
But it may have been a bad move, im sure the authorities will stand behind the no violence statement if they get involved.
Eventually you will just have to decide if its worth it beating up every person that offends/provokes you.

Well, I do know how you feel. I have often wanted to beat the crap out of someone. However, you did let your impulse control your decisions. Don't let your ager get the best of you next time. It can get you into trouble. I agree you would have been better off doing this off school grounds but it's to late for that now. The one think that stuck in my mind about the last thing you said was the athorities don't care why you beat him up. Assault is still assault. I just hope you are under 18. Were their any other people around when you did this? If so then well, you might be ok because then it his word to yours.

 

He's probably in high school if he's still fighting people inside school, so I'd say you're fine man.

I've gotten into plenty of fights and all that happens is a suspension, unless you broke his jaw or something; then you'd have to pay for his medical bills.

 

we were the only two people there, nobody knew about it as it was going on, and im 16 in HS.

and i do beleive in karma, and i know anger can get me into trouble(it has before) but ive never felt like this before, this was one of my brothers he was talkin about there was no way i was going to let it slide and wait for something else to happen, *I* had to do it myself

 

If no one saw I think you are good unless his parents take action. Some people's parents are crazy protective and will be out for blood if their kid is hurt.

yes.. most HS boys go through this roughian stage, why? because you are going through maturity... testosterone levels are high.. therefor you are more froggy to fight...

the other week when i was bouncing i was sorta hoping someone got out of line.. think its all the working out... been raising my testosterone levels.. and i would have loved to woop some ass

 

i would've just left him with the one hard punch to the jaw. that should've taught him a lesson enough. then again i'm not really a very violent person anyway but meh

I was put in a sort of similar position two years ago at school, was just after my mum was diagnosed with cancer and a guy I used to be friends with started saying he hopes she would die. (Apparantely I robbed 100€ of pollen off him, it was actually robbed off me when I got it for him) I let it slide for a while but one night he turned up drunk at my house and barged in through the door shouting the same things at me and my mum so he swung for me but I grabbed him and everything gets a bit fuzzy after that but I remember the two of us outside my front door then the next thing I know im on top of him with a bunch of his hair in my hand and I was pummeling him over and over again into his face with my mum screaming at both of us. He was completely unconscious, my mum called his mum and told her to get the fuck down and pick up her little shit of a son...he ended up in hospital with a broken nose, jaw and concussion...he hasnt even looked at me since..

the bad blood between those two had nothing to do with this kid who decided to fight the alleged shit talker, its best to stay out of shit that has nothing to do with you.

Still he had a right to challenge a perceived wrong, and if it was a mistake to fight then the fight would go against him, but if right; he’d kick the living daylights out of the kid which is exactly what happened :cheers2:
