But marijuana isn't kosher on passover! They said so here.

But of course, this begs the question "if it's not kosher on passover, is it kosher the rest of the year???"

a lot of kosher laws are very loosely based on the commandments in the torah.
like the one about eating dairy and meat actually comes from some commandment not to boil a baby goat in it's mother's milk.
and from this they took it to mean that any mixture of meat and dairy is potentially verboten (even chicken and dairy isn't, even though chickens don't produce milk) some observent jews actually have two sets of dishes to avoid cross contamination....
neways, it ain't YHVH saying that you can't blaze on passover, it's some single issue political party in Israel.

why does it have to be one or the other?
Some of us let the two chill in harmony.
In my religion it is quite popular to categorize things as either good or evil. Give me one reason weed is evil, and I'll give you ten reasons why it is good.

as a reform jew, I am free to interpret the Torah as I wish, and to me it says SMOKE WEED ON PASSOVER in bold print.

sry if this is completely irrelevant, but you reminded me of one of my favorite woody allen jokes.

"we got married by a reform rabbi.
    very reformed.
    he was a nazi"...
