Its been a while since Ive posted. So I figured Id give an update. Ive had my final exams, Graduated, Been to my high school ball, leavers (schoolies) and am now a full time bum. Anywho, about the ball (or prom).... I went with James who hangs around here sometimes, username = majestical. It was a fantastic night, about 400 people crammed into a room, many of whom I will sadly never see again =( My sister put my hair into a Chignon, whoch was much easier than first expected. The dress I made from a BUrda pattern, the gloves were bought but we did the beading. Umm not sure what else to say. Any questions, feel free to ask. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I GOT BELLE OF THE BALL!!! (Also called Prom Queen). I got up and made a speech, which I did like stereotypical american cheerleader. And talked about how my dress cost $1200 (didnt really, maybe $200) and how it could feed a child in africa for 3 years but Im more important. I should clarify to you all that while it is true that that can feed a child in africa, I dont believe I am at all more important. I was mocking all the fake chicks who thought it was necessary to spend that. Anyway, it was an awesome night!!! Enjoy! I dont have any close up pics of my hair unfortunately. Very good James. Yeah Merle, she looked amazing! Its nice to see someone do something thats a bit different, seeing 200 girls wearing western ball gowns gets a bit boring to say the least.
this shit makes me feel old. my senior ball was in 2005 :bigear: but gratz on being the talk of the town and majestical - seriously?? dudes got some class :H
