I have noticed that over the past few months, I have tended to eat a little bit diffrently. Wanting to find a balence between nourishing my dreads externaly, I wanted to find out the best foods to nourish from within...

That led me to eat more crushed flax, olive oil, hemp seed oil, and such into my foods.. I also am mostly vegitarian, but ocasionally I eat wild Salmon which is also great for its nourishing oils. I eat rainbow chard, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and many other plants and fruits as well for the full spectrum of vitamins.. But am I missing anything?

definately a veggie diets good..if you follow the irtal philosophy that includes cutting out stuff like processed sugars n such

feeding the body with a higher conceisness feeds the dreads as well, so flax seed oil is probly better then salmon

if you do dairy, then dairy is important, cheese and whatever for calcium..but if youir vegan you should try to keep up calcium other ways.

I admire people that have disciplined themselves to eat healthy and be aware of what they are putting into their bodies. I am currently trying to cut meat out of my diet as well. I'm sure in time your dreads will be healthier as a result of your diet. Cheers.

I think that if you feel strongly enough not to eat meat, you can just stop.
I did :) and I never looked back:)
