HEY! i dont know the answer just wanted to ssay hi

 

when you give someone rep you have to either check the box that says I approve or I do not approve of this post. If you check approve it gives you plus (green) rep. If you chose not approve you get negative (red) rep. I wonder if grey is if you chose neither approve or not approve.

i just noticed today and was wondering the same thing

 

i thought skier's idea might be right, but i tried to give someone rep and either approve or disprove HAS to be checked

so then i thought, maybe if the person who gave you rep, has rep disabled, then it would be gray? but i checked the person who gave me the gray rep and he doesn't have it disabled

now i'm very confused
