i wana get it, but i want to know is it hard to play and just how fun is it? also i dont know which to get, II for ps2, or III for ps3. i dunno 2 seems to have more of my loved songs on it < but at the same time im learning real guitar so will the gaming practise be usefull or the other way around? also how does the fact that theres no strings work?
My sister has 3 i have 2. 2 has better songs.. as for the likeness to real guitar playing.. i'd say it has very few similarities.. such as keeping beat.. and finger positioning.. but otherwise not much. I completed intermediate in 3 days... after never playing it before.. but hard and expert look like they would take a few months to master.. as for fun... its a prtty damn fun game.. and even better if you have a mate to play against.
I think i can help you with this. I would rate Guitar Hero as one of the most fun games to play while high. That's only because i play it with friends after we blaze. But, ive played guitar for quite some time. And i would say the only thing it helps you with is hand eye coordination. Unstead of there being strings there are 5 different colored keys and a little strummer thing and it's fun. Umm the levels go from easy-expert, and my 8 year old cousin pays medium so i doubt it will be too hard. That's about it.
shit how do i delete certain things off of my ipod? i accidentally uploaded the wrong sort of pics =o
Oh snap. Can't you just do it through itunes? Or directly off the ipod? I don't really know i don't use apple product's.
well, ill say no for the time being because i need the money right now. but maybe in future ill get II just because i wana feel what its like being a rockstar xD
Guitar Hero is fun at friends house or something but to actually go out, buy it, and practise on your own and post videos of yourself on youtube playing the plastic thing is a little loser-ish.
hahaha ^ i know i looked it up on youtube, ppl must have spent months to mash a couple of buttons so quick. if i didnt need the money, i would go out, buy it, practise on my own, then beat my friends and pretend im a rock star xD
I would say guitar hero helps your guitar playing just as much as DDR helps your dancing. Not too much, but it helps you move better. I guess it helps you move your fingers faster. It's pretty fun. If you play it a few times a week you will get pretty good at it pretty fast. It's one of those games where there's always something for you to do. You can always go back and improve your scores for each song which is a fun challenge I guess.
my younger brother and sister are playing that right now. they fight over it all the time because my brother always hogs it and i can hear my sister yelling to "hand it over, you already did one song" haha
DDR and guitar hero are my 2 favorite games ever. Once you start and learn how to play them you get really good and its a lot of fun. I always liked DDR because that would be my workout, i would play for 6 hours straight.lol. no joke.
i love guitar hero, but it did not help me be any better at guitar when i first started a couple months ago. and i dont think it really makes u a loser for being really good at it, all that does to me when i see people like that is admire them because that takes alot of practice and concentration, something i dont have.
Guitar hero=amazing. Id just get the verzion with your favorite songs. There is not much of a difference between them.
