I never thought I'd ever become one of those people that go to the gym all the time and freak out if they can't.....but my new year's resolution was to go to the gym and now I am obsesed with it! I can't help it....I actually take it in a spiritual way though, like I feel very centered when I am sweating and out of breath....does anyone else know what I mean?

I never really was much a gym person myself, but I got a lot of exercise in martial arts and love the high I get from it. But I just recently got a job at a gym and I love the atmosphere, and will probably become a gym freak.

yeah it's addictive as hell. i think it's a combination of the atmosphere and the fear of losing that feeling you get. once you get in shape the fear of lazyness becomes a little evil migrant worker in the corner threatening to steal your fitness...the lil bastard. But the competition within yourself...to get off your ass and accomplish something
