HAARP: Definition: The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program

Have any of you folks ever heard of this? If not, please go to YouTube
and pull up a four or five part video done by Jesse Ventura on this subject. Just put this in their search box: HAARP, Jesse Ventura
Then, go watch what he says about it, then get back to this forum
so we can all discuss it.

I haven't personally communicated with anybody associated with HAARP; but, I am familiar with what it is "supposed" to do.
It is also probably going to be instrumental in tearing up some stuff in/on/around the earth, if it hasn't already.

Thanks for responding, Lynn. From my research so far, there is a HAARP facility in Alaska. I did a Google search on it with the search terms: HAARP, Alaska and got many results back.
Here's some info off one of the sites that sort of describes it:

HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.

I watched a video that shows it in action, and it appears to consist of a huge - I mean huge - field filled with a plethora of attennas (spelling?) that all emit a signal all at the very same time aimed towards the same spot. This gets shot up into the ionosphere somehow, and it heats it up. It is written that this device can be,and has been; used to modify weather. It has also been referred to as being quite destructive, but I don't know. Go do a Google search and check out various sites on it.

I watched that episode about HAARP with Jesse Ventura and it's pretty interesting.
I get the feeling that they're hiding information from us about HAARP though

Right, Dr. Porkchop - I think since they can manipulate the weather with HAARP, that it's possible that they could use it to be the causation of what will be referred to as a "natural disaster", then the Powers That Be can move forward with their grand master plan, as it were. Check out some of the sites on it that are not put out by the government. Jesse Ventura did a great series of youtube videos on it; check 'em out.
I like your picture, Dr. Porkchop - it's really cool.

I think what you say is right, DesertRat - I listen to AM talk radio
sometimes, and I've listened to Coast to Coast for years; on and off. I've heard some good stuff on there. But I haven't listened to it for awhile since I got my MP3 player, 'cause it only has FM Radio on it. Gonna have to get my old Walkman out again with the AM on it.

There are people who claim that this device can cause tornadoes as well as earthquakes, and that sure makes sense. In Florida here when I was a kid, we'd be lucky to get one hurricane every few years - many years would go by without one coming near. Then all of a sudden, some years back (not too long ago), we got like, 10 hurricanes in one season! We had to think: what's up with that?! I couldn't help but think at the time that perhaps they were man-made.

On a side not what ever happened to Jesse Ventura's show conspericasy theory. I watched the first season and haven't seen it ever since.

Beefy 1980 - I don't get cable, so I have no awareness of what shows are on.
I saw him on YouTube - the videos they have on there are entitled "Conspiracy Theory", so I'm guessing they are from his show. They have videos on there from recent dates - when did you last see his show on cable? Hope the Powers That Be haven't done something untoward to him.

Is this the "instrument" that is buried deep and was once eaten by fireants before the powers that be could really get this (hell-thing) up and running? Something like that has happened...and I think it was a HARRP - but NOT in the US, like in Switzerland or somewhere like that.

Check out the movie "Holes in Heaven", it's on youtube and can explain the (alledgedly) intended purposes and other applications to you. It also covers the science behind this device. The film was made in 1998, which should give you a scary idea of how much they have progressed with the use of this technology.

The beam it fires up is a beam of radio waves. A gigawatt of radio waves fired into the ionosphere, which heats it up, causing it to rise up. The atmosphere then rushes in to fill the space. That's one method of controlling the weather.

It's all an extension of Nikola Tesla's work, really. Hijacked and used for evil.

The Large Hadron Collider is what you're thinking of. I haven't heard about that in a while... I know what I'll be researching tonight!!

TY, mll! I have been tring to remember this and just couldn't...again TY...also could this and HARRP be used in unison somehow? Weren't they both becoming "known" to ppl about the same time?

I really wish I could watch UTube...but I've got dial-up and I always get kicked offline when I try to download anything more than 45 sec long. I just have to rely on reading and stills. But periodically I go to the library and try to write down/watch everything I "need" (want) to.

I don't think they have anything to do with each other but that's just my viewpoint. I don't really know much about the large hadron collider.

As far as I know the collider is a legit scientific research facility, often publishing its finds. I don't think it can be used as a weapon. Used to develop weapons, perhaps.

On that super colider in Switzerland ,they wanted to make mini black holes, but some think once created small black holes would just keep getting bigger until they have eaten up every thing. desert rat

No, they didn't want to make mini black holes. That's what some people who had no idea what they were talking about feared they would make.

MustLiveLife - Much thanks for telling me about "Holes in Heaven". I finally had time to pull it up and watch it, and I now have a better understanding about the device. The film was also very telling in demonstrating the insidious nature of the people who are operating it - yikes! Man, o, man - they are messing with something that they have no right messing with, particularly since they don't really have a full handle on knowing the far-reaching effects of the thing. To alter our atmosphere; regardless of which layer; is flirting with extraordinary danger -and their actions are putting all the inhabitants of the Earth in harm's way. I think it's completely nuts to even entertain the thought of doing what they're doing; much less to actually do it!

As well, something that I found particularly unsettling were the comments by all the various scientists that were interviewed. Not one of them approved or co-signed the type of experimentation that is going on at the HAARP facility; conversely, they all stated that it was clearly the wrong thing to be doing. That one lady scientist said that the people that are involved in the operation of HAARP don't even have a high enough level of education specific to the project to be able to ask themselves the right questions before they take actions that could take them past the point of no return. She also said that anyone who doesn't know anything about "Chaos Theory" (which, she said; they don't) has no business whatsoever in conducting the kind of experiments they are doing. I looked up "Chaos Theory", and here's a brief definition:

    "It is possible t
hat a very small occurrance can produce unpredictable and sometimes drastic results by triggering a series of increasingly significant events."

I'm thinking, how could one think they can do something as drastic as harness any of the layers of atmosphere surrounding the Earth, and then alter it - and not think that maybe something really bad could potentially occur? Duh!

    Thanks for pointing me in that direction;

    You're very welcome.

The part that worries me the most is the principle involving lightning. The way that when you watch a film of lightning slowed down you will see that it actually "goes up" from the ground more than it comes down. But ultimately it comes down and earths itself in... well, in the earth. So what is going to happen if this thing earths itself unexpectedly? And what would that be used for if it does earth itself as expected?

Interesting side note: Lightning gives plants more access to nitrogen in the soil. The charge of the lightning deposits nitrogen in the earth somehow and alters it to make it available for plants. Amazing, huh? To think that maybe all of what we have came to be in part because of lightning.
