Yeah, Susan Tedeschi and Double Trouble did an album together... http://www.tommyshannon.com it's on there somewhere... they covered led zeppelin. They're both amazing. Susan attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Derek has just been at it since he was nine... he never really intended on playing guitar, but he just bought a guitar at a yard sale and he started going around with his uncle Butch. Derek and Susan, John Scofield, Robben Ford, Django Reinhardt, Sun Ra, Eric Johnson, John McLaughlin, Jerry Garcia, Peter Frampton, Larry Carlton, Trey Anastasio, Robert Cray, Frank Zappa, Clapton/Page/Jeff Beck/SRV/etc., Les Claypool, Rory Gallagher, Doyle Bramhall II, Robert Randolph, Muddy, Warren Haynes, Duane Allman, Buddy Guy, BB King, Albert King, Vishwah Bhatt, Jaimoe, Anoushka Shankar, Ravi Shankar... those are really my main inspirations as far as electric stuff goes at the moment. I add more and more all the time... Acoustic... Ani DiFranco, Neil Young, James Taylor, Justin King, Tommy Emmanuel, Micheal Hedges, Chet Atkins, Mississippi John Hurt, Robert Johnson, Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkel, Keller Williams, Doyle Dykes, Dan Tyminski, Ron Block, David Crosby, Roger McGuinn, Graham Nash, Stephen Stills, and Leo Kottke, Warren Haynes... I've mainly been into all the Allman musicians and John Scofield lately... Ani D and Big Bill Broonzy, and Gregg Allman have the main emphasis on songwriting.
