hair DID

EEEeee I got my hair did this week, and it was FAB! They had a bar at the front and offered me martinis. I ha a pinot grigio while my hair was getting done, and a glorious scalp massage. Best.

 

I worke all day two jobs since noon today, the morning was bad and I threw a coffee cup at a brcik wall which was fantastic. Now I am dancing to MUSICCCCC in a black mini dress with my alexander keiths and feeling SO GOOOODDDD. After work is GOOD. I proposed to praxis. It seemed suitable.

 

canadian hair places sound much nicer than their U.S. counterparts... we certainly get no alcohol here...

so ummm... i think it's immoral to start a thread about your new hairdo and not offer pictoral evidence...

And actually, I have never before been to a salon with a bar. Its always been cappuccinos before. So this was great. Its the newest salon in town, and it is all the rage <3

so cappuccinos at a salon is typical? personally i go to the cheap places where they may sell some shampoo if they're feeling enterprising, but i've never even heard of such a thing as giving out food or drinks

 

Well I think theres a big difference in salon choice when it comes to men and women. I am very picky on who I trust to do my hair.I went in at noon and left at 3:20 that day.

 

When I sit with my stylist I ask for the 'Spicy Texan'.

 

They need to add therapeutic massages too. And a sauna. Just paper some bitches.

yeah i'm sure there's a pretty big gender difference, but it seems like i would at least be aware of the existence of such places if they were in fact around here

Hell yeah. I'd actually enjoy getting smashed and having my hair shampooed by the lady who cuts my hair.

She's a knockout. I get it cut with much more military precision now. Sometimes I don't even need a haircut.

 

It does sound awesome.

 

My guess is Canada has some different regulatory process for alcohol.

With the amount of cash it costs here in the states to get a liquor license, no salon would even be able to afford it.

There has to be a high volume of alcohol sales in a place to justify the license.
