handknit Barbie doll sweaters

Just finished these last week.... I had a couple partial balls of yarn, and thought these would be a creative way to use up what I had left.... both are handknit and cabled, which I think makes them look rather cozy.....

May sound silly but this was originally supposed to be Egg Sweaters (a pattern I found on www.craftbits.com) but the tension on my yarn was thicker than what the pattern called for, therefore making the sweaters a teeny bit bigger... but would definately fit a barbie-sized doll.

 

Lord knows that woman needs to put on a sweater.. Nice work.
