yeah i see your point about other birthday posts on here . but the fact remains john lennon is still remembered and also a inspiration to other people( does"nt matter if they were not born then ) 25 years on . will you or i be remembered by so many people 25 years after we pass away ?...........i think not

i would like to think people live for the betterment of man by there own choice in there own ways,,rather than doin it in rememberence of what someone else did a quarter of a century ago..

There is nothing to be gained by living in the past,, and by celebrating the birth of someone who died over 2o years ago you are doin just that,, i supposse nostalgia is great,,but it accomplishes nothing...
