I'ma gonna hit the road in a few... You guys have a great day. About the coffee roaster, I built a computerized interface, it's on the wall there --->

Just weigh the beans and put them in the hopper. Go to the screen on the wall and select how dark you want the batch, enter the weight and push the go button. Couldn't be much simpler as the computer makes all the settings for you. Remember, the lighter the roast the more caffeine, the darker roasts have a bolder, more chocolaty flavor but with less "zoom". Of course for all those "hands on" people, the roaster can still be used manually.
