It's the year of the snake

Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate. And to those who don't--why not??? It's still lots of fun even if you use a Gregorian calendar.

    Gong xi fa cai!

Me too. We have one in the kitchen and one in the office/workroom. We like the ones with quite a big square allowing enough room for more than one thing.

Yes!! Those are the ones I buy too! Great for planning out a menu for each week.

I even draw on mine. I'll draw birthday cakes on the days for birthdays of friends and family, little doodles for each holiday (a pine tree, turkey, jack o lantern, heart, shamrock, etc). I'll use pens and a variety of different colored markers--it's more of an art project that takes a year to comeplete.
