I just started reading Harry Potter this past weekend. MUCH better than I thought it would be! I'm already finished with the first one, and I'm working on the second one now. :)

I'll get caught up eventually. I hope!

I actually like them, which is funny since they are very very different from everything else that I read.

Exactly, Antithesis. Harry Potter is nothing like what I usually read, or am even really interested in. It's just an all around good story. And addictive as hell. People told me about how addictive the books are, and I didn't believe it. But now...yeah.

Maybe Ms. Rowling cast a spell on the stories, eh? ;)

    They are so addictive!

The library person always looks at me weird when I get things like Dostoevsky and other things like that, and then also get Harry Potter :p

Yeah. Bible-thumpers don't like Harry Potter. Apparently, he teaches kids how to be evil. *enter eerie wind, howling wolf, and diabolic witch's cackle here*

    Or something like that.

yeah it was banned at the place i used to go to grade school, and it is weird bc im the last person youd find reading but when it comes to these i read them so fast...it took my 6 days to finish this last one which is 38 chapters long, they are very very addicting....i want the 6th one but it isnt out yet...the movies are also very good i think.
