being there one flew over the cuckoo's nest two of my all-time favorite films! i actually don't watch tv when i stone, so i was wondering what it would be like to watch my favorite films. anyone ever seen those films while burning a nice j?
ive seen one flew over the cuckoos nest, great flick, but not while puffing on the jane i bet it would be fun though
Can't say I have seen those stoned, but to offer some advice, get baked, then watch Hitchker's Guide to the Galaxy, me and my friend smoked a blunt of about 1.5 grams of really good weed, and i was just gone from it, and my friend loved the movie, so we had rented it to watch, and it was my 1st time ever seeing it, and it was just amazing when stoned.
i cant watch movies stoned. i cant pay attention to the story. it gets boring... id rather be outside doing something fun
i usually do something else as well. i really don't remember watching anything while stoned (maybe some tv here and there). but it just occured to me one day after many years of smoking that it might be an interesting thing to do. usually my stone includes something revolving around music.
I've watched One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest stoned. Its a great film stoned or not. Scatman Crothers (the black supervisor guy) made me crack up when I watched it stoned.
I've never seen either of those movies, stoned or not. The next time any of you go shrooming and decide you want to chill and watch a movie, make it "Half-Baked". I watched that the first time I ate shrooms and it seems like it was made for shrooms.
half baked is of course a classic. my fav movie of all time is mallrats. a good stoned movie when you are with some close friends is 2001: A Spavr Odyssey. It has lots of quiet bits for zoning out or having good conversation, an intriguing storyline rich with meaning, and psychadelic imagery. Good stuff.
I saw both Being There and Cuckoo's Nest when they first hit the theatres, thus showing my age. I can't remember if I was stoned or not, so I probably was. Funny how Being There has been largely forgotten. Peter Sellers made a lot of good movies and this is among his best. It's a pity that he died at age 50, I'm sure he would have made some more great flicks!
Has anyone tryied watching "THE WALL"????? It's wonderfuulll!!!!!!! and Monty Python????????????????????? IT'S EVEN BETTER!!!!!!!!!
