i've jumped down the stairs and sprained my ankle severly before...i then kicked my foot for being so stupid, which really only made it worse...my foot became the size of a watermelon
I very rarely fall down stairs. I almost always fall on stairs while ascending them...which results in me falling on my face.
that made me laugh... 4 years ago i broke my ankle and it was kinda like watermelon too... that sucked... i couldn't walk by myself for 7 weeks...

haha yeah. the shower is a deadly place but yeah, i remember this one time that i fell down stairs except i didnt really fall down them... i just lost my footing and landed on my ass real hard and fell down a couple (on my ass) it didnt hurt TOO bad but it sure looked real funny... or it must have since my sister was laughin at me so damn hard
I slide down bannisters on my ass, or both hands on either rail and slide down with my feet up On a more related note, probably....

I once threw my little brother down a hill :O It wasn't an accident :O I thought something like, 'what would happen if I pushed him off this hill?'. I concluded that he bled pretty badly and cried pretty hard, and my parents weren't happy, especially since they wre standing six foot away.
How to fall up stairs: Basically, you don't step high enough, so your foot doesn't so much reach the next step as kick the vertical part of it. This causes you to trip and fall on your face. Worst-case scenario, you graze your knee. I slid down the stairs on my butt once. It is surprisingly painful.
thats not the worst case scenario. i fell up the stairs and my throat landed on the baby gate at the top of the steps. it hurt to eat, speak and breathe for 2+ weeks. i once slid down the stairs on an air mattress.. into the concrete wall at the bottom (it really was more fun than it sounds)
