You've probably already heard the alarming news that Congress could pass a bill this week that would drastically expand the ability of schools to search students for drugs. Even worse, it would FORCE schools to carry out drug raids, or else the school would lose federal funding!

are we talking like highschools? or colleges... cause honestly its not all that smart to bring shit to highschool, granted i do it anyways... but its still not all that smart and your knowingly accepting the risks if you do.

anyway, as i have found first hand, highschools will search for any reason. they'll search your person, bag, locker, and in some cases your car. even if they don't have permission.

and dog searches are a bi monthly norm at my old highschool. and random dog searches too.

Our school rarely does dog searches... I still don't bring shit to school anyway.

 

Once a month my school has a thing called a "lockdown". All the students are locked in thier classrooms while the po-lice and the k9's search the lockers and shit.

 

heres a novel idea, dont do drugs AT school if you are worried about it.

 

same here this one kid would always stand int he back of the class and make peopel crowd around him, cus he always had stuff on him, hes lucky the dogs didnt comw in to teh calsses : )

 

its not just about DOING drugs AT school. its also about just having them on your person, which is for some people unavoidable at this point in there lives. though i agree its risky business.

either way i learned my lesson.

i roll a joint every day before going to school and put it in my ciggerette pack so i have something fun to do second period when i go off grounds for a smoke break. by doing so i know im taking a chance getting caught but its a chance im willing to take... besides its just a joint... its not like im carrying any other smoking stuff on me, so once i smoke it im high but i have nothing on me exept ciggs, and if i got searched before that i could just be like i dont know who put that there... it might work, might not... either way im caught with it

 

dont get cought... i dont know what its like in NY, but you dont want to get cought here in small town PA. you life will get turned UPSIDEDOWN. trust me.

 

Same here... just a little bit of resin will get you expelled for a full calendar year from all schools in the county... or go to an alternative school if you're lucky which puts you with people who stabbed people or something which only gets you closer to the problem.

What college is going to want someone who was expelled for having pot at school? Not many

well like i said i have my smoke break second period so thats only around 8 in the morning... weve never had a search earlier than around 10 or 11... and like i said its only a joint i have, it wouldnt be overly hard to ditch... its not like carrying a bowl
