Hello, i meditate regularly but ive been having a hard time fully opening my chakras. I really want to advance but it feels like something is holding me back.
Hi JadeRose Many things can hold us back from that which we yearn for or seek. Most often this is fears, both named and un-named and expectations even when they are subtle and we have not yet gone the depth to seeing them for what they are. Because you are in transition between your six year cycles. This means every six years you go through a metamorphosis of change. Your inner body responds as if it is in its winter season and in hibernation. A couple of things will help. Change the way you are meditating. Stretch your comfort zones. Maybe you have gone as far as you can in what you have always done. Try a walking meditation. Try color energy. Use a different background music if you use music. The thing here is to find Your new vibration path. The next is use a different breath. Try using your Prana breath, or Crown breath. When you begin sit, or lay in a comfortable position. Do not focus on the chakras, but on breathing through the top of your head. Observe your breath moving through you until it reaches your feet and into the floor or ground. Then watch your breath return to the top of your head. When you do this a few times and get used to the feelings as you watch your breath move up and down your body you will notice your energy centers responding. They will open with your breath. I enjoy doing this out side, or sitting under a tree in the woods. The key here is not to force the chakras to open but be as the wind on a warm summer day. Like a lotus flower, with the Prana breath, your Being will open.
Your advanced meditation techniques combined with dosing of either N,N DMT, Ayahuasca (oral DMT with an MAOI) or 5-MEO-DMT. That should do the trick if you are willing to consume medicines in addition to continuing the meditation practice.
"If everyday you can find yourself happy in simplest of things...that means it (the chakra opening) is working."
is there any biological difference between an open and closed chakra? how would you know if yours was open or closed? ^this is the definition of subjective!
The implication that possessing the power of rational thought must indicate a closed mind is becoming awfully tedious.
Yeah it had a tingle. Don't worry, I'm kidding around as much as you are. Our differences are obvious, but that just amuses and pleases me and has no negative effect whatsoever. :2thumbsup:
Ah sorry, I already shacked up with a forum member and we're incredible happy together. Couldn't you sense that with your spiritual senses?
Oh hell yeah, I know all about you and what's-his-face, tongues are wagging about it all over the forums. I knew the answer would be "no," I just wanted to check your delivery style.
You may have seen people talk, but surely if you hadn't, you'd have just felt it in your bones You'd like the frog even more than me.
