I've been so tired for the last two weeks. It seems like I cannot get enough sleep, my body is achy...I feel like I have lactic acid build up in my muscles.. I don't know what's wrong with me. I take multivitamins, and watch what I eat. I also have been sleeping eight or more hours every night...AND taking naps during the day if I have the chance. My mind is all over the place, I can't remember anything (I didn't remember where I parked at work today...I didn't even remember DRIVING to work today) and I can't focus. I'm worried that I might have Mono...there have been people at both of my workplaces who have it right now... What else could it be? I have a doc's appt. tomorrow...I cannot afford to be sick right now...my life is about to get a helluva lot busier.
Start cleansing. For one day fast and only have water, day two have only fruit juice, day three have fruit juice and veggies. Day four have all of those and add in some fibre. Let it rest a day and then add in protein. Check each day as to how you feel. Drink water but only if it is not throwing your electrolytes off......too much flushing is not any better than not enough.
I've always had huge problems with fasting. I get dizzy and can't concentrate...and being that I work so much and am so active and high energy at both of my workplaces...it's nearly impossible for me to do...I always feel like I'm going to pass out...
that is generally because you need to cleanse. I do not say cleanse in one motion......but gradually cleanse, what I posted could be over days or weeks.......but cleanse.
I hope it's not mono ): Have you had your iron levels checked lately? I have anemia and feel similar when I don't take my vitamins
when you cleanse you need to drink water by the boat loads, I am assuming. Like many gallons... than spend lots the next two days on fruit juice and drink that by the boat loads, with veggies on the 3rd day.
Wonder if it's something in the air. I've been severely tired lately too and my body just aches like heck. I thought I was getting a cold but not sure what the deal is, all I know is that I don't feel like myself, I feel "off". It's frustrating. Anyway, let us know how your appointment goes, and I hope you start feeling better ASAP! {{{Hugs}}}
How are you feeling today? Did you see the doc? I hope it's nothing serious. Maybe you need to slow down. If you find a minute relax when you can.
Whether or not you have mono, but especially if you do, stay away from any alcohol or anything that makes your liver work harder... Other than that, the other advice up here is pretty sound... lots of water...
Sounds like someone's anaemic! Try taking some iron supplements. My friend felt the same and they helped him.
My friend, who's really deeply involved in astrology and the cosmic forces, says it's the new moon. I have never had this problem before, though... I went to the doc's and they had me do a urinalysis, plus they took about a dozen or so vials of blood to do some testing... He said it could be mono, but he doesn't think so...I might have lupus being that I'm tired and my joints and muscles are achy, plus I can't concentrate...it all pretty much adds up to that, but they are doing a whole blood work up on me. That worries me. I wish I could stop doing all the stuff that I'm currently doing and just rest, but I can't...I mean, I just can't...it's that time of year where everything is wrapping up and I've made commitments. Everyone thinks it's so easy to just slow down...it's not...
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon. My health mindset is prevention over intervention and clearly there's something already going on. The wrong advice could aggravate matters so I think you did the best thing by going to the doc's.
i really hope its not lupus my mom has that. when she was first diagnosed with it most of her long gorgeous hair fell out and she had to get it cut real short. the disease ruthless just like any other and effects people (mostly women) off all ages..i know i 12 year old who has it. if you wanna know anything about it just pm me
