I have this theory that girls who wear heavier makeup are kinkier, more interested in sex, and more openly bisexual. That's the way it always seems to me, anyway. What do you think? Can anyone back up my theory or contradict it?
I've found just the opposite around here. Most of the kinky folks I know don't touch makeup. The ones that put on the heavy stuff are self conscious about their looks and tend to be fairly insecure. But me and most of my friends tend to find makeup unappealing and would probably steer clear of those who cake it on. But if you need an example to see for yourself...
That's like those who associate heavy makeup with prostitutes.. To me it's a load of bullshit. My sexual nature is what it is with or without the makeup.. I wear heavy makeup sometimes because it's what I like..
that's a pretty big generalization... sometimes I wear heavy make up, sometimes I wear none or just mascara. Doesn't affect how kinky I am that day.
Oh your evil, why did you destroy all that is good with that pcture of Tammy Faye, OMG my eyes, my eyes, lord they burn.... As for the question, I think alot of women who tend to put on lots of make up do so more for the attention then the um sexiness (not a word). Plain foace women or light make up in my past have preven far more fun.
I love dark smokey eyes on ALL women I think it looks pretty damn sexy. I've done my makeup the same since I was 12 years old and it hasn't changed. But I don't wear powder, foundation or lipstick I like the rest of my face to look and feel natural. Eye makeup is all I wear and I like it smoldering. I dont think this makes me insecure it's just happens to be my own personal perference. :-D
I only do heavy makeup on the weekends when I dress goth...the rest of the time I wear light/no makeup and I am EXTREMELY kinky in bed!
I don't have much choice....My job requires an extremely strict uniform (I'm a county jailer). My hobby also has a dress code (horse shows). That means I don't get much time to dress the way I like really. Those of us in the real world often have to curb our fashion sense a bit during the week. We don't all live in a fantasy world where we can dress like it's halloween EVERY DAY. Some of us have to limit that activity to weekends. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I'm not hurting "the world" by dressing goth on the weekends!
I can't for the life of me understand why people so readily attach themselves to labels like "goth", "hippie", "prep", etc. Labels just further stereotypes and create unnecessary divisions between people. I have no problem with you, nor the fact that you live a life that prevents you from dressing how you'd like. When in that situation, your only alternative would be to express yourself during the available time, which, for you, is the weekend. The problem I have is with the statement: "dressing 'goth' for the weekend". Basic knowledge of the gothic subculture informs us that clothes do not make the goth. Contrary to popular beliefs, music is the actual foundation. So, when someone says that they dress goth on weekends, it seems to suggest that not only do they have no concept of the gothic subculture, but also; that they are merely dressing 'goth' because it's trendy or cool, which really defeats the entire purpose of goth to begin with... I am not a goth. Nor do I live in a fantasy-world where I believe everyday is Hallowe'en. I'm just a girl who thinks labels are for pickle-jars.
I like it, but I can also like the fresh early morning no make-up look too! I'm an Equal Opportunity Voyeur.
Bella, notice that I said I "dress goth" not that I "am goth." I am not goth because I do not like goth music. (I'm a die hard country music fan actually.) I do however LOVE the clothes and have loved them for years. It has nothing to do with being trendy (I hate fitting in with the crowd for that matter.) I liked gothic clothing before I ever realized there was a whole subculture attached to it. I was just like, "Wow, that is the greatest outfit! I'm going to wear that!" I live in a small conservative town and I can promise you that goth isn't considered very trendy here, lol. My love for goth clothes has nothing to do with the music. It has to do with my love of medieval/renaissance stuff which is turn due to me being a dungeons and dragons geek. I love renaissane-y/medieval outfits and that generally falls under the heading of "goth fashion."
I;ve always associated heavy make-up with porn stars. I even made one on my past g/f's put on a lot of deep red lipstick before going down on me,then I smeared it across her face. It was the hottest thing ever & she thought so too.
Yeah but not everyone looks good in red lipstick, lol. For some of us, depending on complexion, it makes you look more like a clown than a porn star!!! I certainly don't think there's any ultimate connection between heavy make up and kinky-ness. Now heavy make up vs promiscuity might be a different story. Most of the promiscuous girls I know wear heavy make up. However, most of the promiscuous girls i know are NOT kinky. They'll sleep with just about anybody, but it's got to be plane-jane vanilla stuff. Most truly kinky people I know aren't very promiscuous. I'll do almost ANYTHING in bed, but only within the confines of a loving, deeply emotional, relationship. So there's some food for thought....
