Hello from North of Altanta

I'm new to this area and it sucks. I moved down from Virginia a few months back. It's dry as the desert.

What are some prices in Atlanta and north of that in areas like Alpharetta, Cumming, and Lake Lanier?

Also, if anyone knows where to find said prices, they could pass that info as long as well? If you feel uncomfortable about contacting people online, I get that. At least send me an email and maybe we could figure something out.
