Hello everyone! I'm Jared Smith, and I'm a new member to the site. I'm 14 years old and I live in Great Falls, MT (the most non-hippy place ever) I play bass guitar for a living. I've been playing for 5 years. Everyone tells me that I act and look older than my real age. I don't know why. I always hang out with people older than me too. I love nature, it's amazing. I despise the city because there is too much drama and it gets really annoying. I just want to live in the mountains and play bass and smoke weed all day (; Wouldn't that be amazing? Haha. I listen to all types of music, including Technical Death Metal, Progressive Death Metal, Thrash Metal, Melodic Death Metal, Deathcore, New Wave of British Heavy Metal, New Wave of American Heavy Metal, Progressive Rock, Psychedelic, Classic Rock, Acid Rock, all the classic stuff. I am a very kind-hearted sensitive person. I fall in love with girls too easily d: but I met this one girl this year who is pretty much exactly like me She is soo cool. I'm probably going to ask her out real soon. Yes, I am a stoner, and yes, it's freaking hard to find bud up here! Like, up here in Great Falls, Montana, they sell weed by an eighth of an ounce and a half-eighth of an ounce, and it sucks. It costs $60 for an eighth and $30 for an half-eighth. You usually get ripped off also ): What a way to ruin a stoner's day, huh? When someone just takes your money when you want to buy some bud. I also smoke cigarettes. I've should of never got into that habit, but I did. Whenever someone is surprised when I tell them I smoke, they are like, "OMG JARED! YOU ARE GOING TO GET CANCER!!!" and I'll just stay chill about it, and tell them, "Everyone dies sometime, right?" because it's true. Everyone does dies sometime. I also believe in recarnation though after you die. I'd like to say that Buddhism is my religion, but I need to study it more in order to follow it. I know that I want to be guided through the Bardos in the afterlife by Tibetan monks! That would be so cool. (Sorry, I'm just rambling on. I'm bored, it's 6:30 in the morning, I need something to do) I also drink beer and vodka on occasional purposes. I'm not a big fan of alcohol though. It just gets me really depressed. I don't like it very much ): I've had depression problems for as long as I can remember. I think this girl I've been talking to might end those problems for a long time though. I used to take Wellbutrin XL Anti-Depressants but I stopped taking them in June. They helped me control my moods in a more stable way, but I decided to not take them anymore because I need to learn how to control my moods in a non-drug way. I own a sitar that was played for Shirley Temple when she became ambassador to India. It's pretty neat, I'll have to show it to you guys someday Well, I'm done rambling for now. I hope I'll have fun and get along with everyone Peace eace:
