Somethings that will help you. 1. Try to masturbate almost to the point of ejaculatory inevitability and then stop. Wait to calm down, and then start masturbating again. Do this several times before you actually cum. This will teach you the sensation of ejaculating and hopefully train yourself to control them. 2. Don't be so goal oriented. You are probably saying to yourself, "ok, I have to last 5 minutes(or whatever)" and this creates a lot of pressure that is counterproductive. 3. Loosen up about sex. Its something that you should be talking about. Let the girl know that you're trying to work on this and focus more on her pleasure than yours. Lots of oral and foreply will make it a great experience for her regardless of how you perform. Also, you should be comfortable asking her to slow down if you feel yourself about to cum. This is a problem for bothof you, so both of you need to work on it. 4. This isn't a long term fix, but you can try masterbating and hour or so before you are going ot have sex. Maximus is talking about numbing creams or condoms which have a mild anaesthetic to make the sensations less intense. These simply work by reducing your sensation. Doubling up condoms accomplishes the same thing(don't do this unless you're tested and on birth control because doubled condoms increase the risk of breakage). IMHO, these are a bandaid because they don't address the underlyiing lack of control. The goal is to be able to have normal sex without the aidd of medication or devices. I would focus on mental/sensation training to gain more familiarity and control over your body. Use the numbing creams only for the short term. Cheers
