my friends and i attempted to grow 2 plants indoors and the plants grew about two feet each and budded but the bud was the complete opposite of dense. it was almost stringy in a way but not really stringy basically although we used good seeds and the recommended lighting and always cared for it the bud was very lacking and it was a very weak harvest. what is the best method for ensuring buds will be denser and there will be a lot more of them
The best method is to know what you are doing, which no offense but it doesn't appear you do. Plenty of info out there, for example, Barnes and Noble has Jorge Cervantes' Indoor/Outdoor Medical Marijuana Growing Bible at almost every location. Buy it, read up on the internet, and read grow journals online as well.
What's your lighting system? How big an area are you using? Are you using anything to enhance CO2 levels? 3 questions off the top of my head that will tell a lot about the problem.
Thats what I thought gave them light water and nutes. got some crappy looking plants that produced shitty unsmokable buds. in the end it didn't even smell like weed. But I will try again after a cabinet upgrade and a lot more knowledge.
what could one do to enhance the co2 levels? a really hot heat lamp works pretty good iv'e noticed... increases the resin production anyways...
fresh air. we breath in oxygen and breath out co2. You need the right set-up aswell and a solid light with the right temperature and humidity. There are a lot of things to consider when ur growing and everything has to be right to get a good grow without killing your plants or limiting your yield.
CO2 is not the problem, the atmosphere has more than enough to keep your plants thriving Light and proper ventilation play big roles in bud density.
