I saw a movie on the syfy channel about 2 years ago. I caught it in the middle, and was unable to finish, so I really want to find it so I can watch it through. Unfortunately, I don't remember the title. The movie seemed to have taken place on Earth, which had been flooded with high waters and rain showers. The humans were evolving into fish-like people. They walked around with fish heads (or fish fins.. my memory is fuzzy. They were definitely turning into fish). The main character walked around avoiding the fish-people. I believe he was still mostly human. There was a God-like monster that lived underwater trapped in an aquarium. I think the bad guys opened the cage to feed him. They worshiped him. The title of the movie is simply the name of the monster God-like character. I know this for a fact, because the people kept chanting his name, and I didn't quite understand what they were saying until I checked the title. I wish I hadn't forgotten.. This is really driving me crazy. This movie is NOT Waterworld or Kraken.
Hmmm...when does the movie date from, more or less ? Like, is it an old 50s/60s black & white b-movie type of thing, or more recent ?
i think, i might have saw that movie when i was a kid. i'm not to sure on that though. dagon is a good bet, for that type of movie too.
Huh, for some reason I dont hear the scream -Ok, I got it now. Not bad, I like everything until it gets to the scream and the pic. Maybe more louder and scarier? But ya, good job.
^^^Yep... Dagon was the first thing I thought of. Though I never actually sat through an entire viewing of it, as I read the OP I couldn't help but think, "this sounds rather Lovecraftian".. on a brighter note, Call of Cthulhu, the 2005 silent film is a welcome change.
