Help me, in pain n no idea wat it is...

Help... i started bleeding yday n thought it wer my period as it's due Fri bt thn it stopped n i've been gettin pains dwn there since, in my rite side... wats up?xx

 

Only safe way to know is if you go to your gyno..
I get horrid pains on my right side due to ovarian cysts..not saying that that is what you have or anything, i would just go have it checked out...
