I am on my first grow, hydro drip system 400w hps bulb 12/12 and using GH one part hydro solution. because of a really bad pH fluctuation and some bad handling (don't ask) I am now down to only 1 of my babies left! Now this one is going too. The leaves were originally very broad and indica looking but now the leaves have turned a lighter green and are curling downward and are extremely thin. This is the 3rd week into flowering and the buds are looking great, but i cannot figure out for the life of me why this is happening. Hopefully I will have a photo by tomorrow. Any ideas on what this could be?
Im new to this forum and im no expert on growing but it sounds to me like youve answered your own question. If you already lost a number of plants due to Ph changes and rough handling id say your survivor has taken some damage as well. As for your leaves changing shape I can tell you that some strains will do this naturally and its nothing to really worry about. Likewise with most plants are going to turn a lighter shade of green during flowering as the leaves stored energy is turned into buds. If your buds are looking good just try to keep from stressing them any more and you should get some good bud (although perhaps less than you would have liked). Good luck, Johnny
