my project is on spiritual journey,have any of you got some artists i can look at that relate to spiritual or natural journeys or can you share your own personal journey in life where your strength has been tested etc? also any art to do with pilgrimage would be a good one! cheers
there is a local artist who had an exhibition in the Gallery I work at. you should look at juane-quick-to-see-smith, she's a native american artist, some of her stuff is about spiritual journey, and some is sort of about commercialism, etc. etc. but i think her work is really amazing...it always seems spiritual to me...

There was a group of Canadian artists back in the day called "The Group of Seven" who did some wicked cool landscape type deals, but in a very Warhol meets O'Keefe sort of way. Very nature journey, but also in some ways Spirtual, at least to me.
